At 23 years old, Justin knew he loved cooking and wanted to make a career of it, but building out a restaurant; he had no clue how to do it. Luckily, Justin was given the opportunity to do just that when Doris Matthews, of Tucci’s fame, said “if you wanna be the chef there, you have to build it first”
