After exploring Italian food and enjoying the success of opening his first restaurant, it was time for Justin to take a shot at French cuisine. Opened in 2006, The Brasserie quickly became one of Tulsa’s best fine dining restaurants and it was here that Justin earned his first of many recognitions as Oklahoma Magazine’s Best Chef in Tulsa. Classic French dishes like escargot, steak au poivre, and crepes were the highlights of this classic refined restaurant.

Join us in celebrating French cuisine on Bastille Day as Justin first presented it back in 2006.
