Isla’s Southern Kitchen, named after Justin’s beloved daughter, was a concept inpired by a solo trip to Dallas after the Covid Pandemic. The idea was to create a restaurant that honored the diversity of Southern Cuisine, from Creole to Low Country cooking, Isla’s had it all.

Justin’s passion for community and the desire to provide for those around him lead to the creation of Connor’s Corner Store. A small convenience store located inside of Isla’s where locally sourced food and wares were sold, including items from Isla’s and Justin’s other concepts.
